The Butterfly effect
This work is a imprint of my child. One innocent stroke with the butterfly wing will change the world.
The relief is made directly on the bedrock during the art festival Punkaharju Art Up 2020.

Meeting places
Walking out in the wilderness you have probably felt it: The Invisible door, before nature takes over and the breath changes and the transformation begins. This feeling gave me the idea for some kind of signpost for contemplation. So I made meeting places, between humans and nature. I carved out a person's lotus position as an imprint in stone. This was the first work of the serie Meetingplaces. It is made during the art symposium SilvrettAtelier 2006 and placed in the Austrian alp, in a mountain pass called Bielerhöhe.
Stargate
I followed the pathway of a horrible story in the history of Ii. in the late 16th century Chaplain Matias was burned alive wrapped in a fishnet on a big rock. However, Stargate integrates with a different story as well. The work is part of the series Meeting places between humans and nature. Stargate is the key into the nature that are surrounded by magical powers.
